For all students in their project reviews:

1. don t take it personally
2. see it as 2 surgeons / scientists dissecting something strange /curious /unknown / wonderful and your both trying to flesh it out…. (being challenged is all about learning and growing)
3. listen and learn
4. justify with solid backup / foundation i.e. building regs / design philosophy / ergonomics
5. do a lessons learnt review afterwards with a fellow student who was present. What was said, positive, negative ……
6. build on it to grow in the next projects
7. don’t take it personally…..
