I am seeing a lot of posts about finishing final major projects which is fantastic, well done and congratulations!!!Just because you have completed the project and it’s been handed over you can always bolster and add to really make it more special and show your dedication to a potential employer. I’m not talking about extra visuals, etc I am talking about adding greater content and value. Take a break, a time out of course however while looking for work, consider adding the following:1. a full working drawings pack (black and white)/ technical drawing pack created from your technical presentation drawings with a drawing register / issue sheet2. sketch detail pack showing standard details or further development of a joinery piece3. alternative FF&E options with a budget variation4. Sketch visuals showing further ideas and spaces not seen or developed. Tell the employer how “you went beyond by developing it further”. They don’t have to be fancy/pretty and finalised, sketch development and concept shows commitment and belief in your project i.e. to take it to a tender stage. Go beyond the brief to show your creativity and explain this. That sketch 1:2 detail A4 pack could be what makes you stand out….
