I see lots of portfolios on here …. question:

“Can you sell yourself in 10 pages or less?”

If you can’t….. think outside the box…. heres why:

1.can you condense yr folio into prim real estate of 7-10 pages selling your skill set?
2.each page tells a different story of your design abilities?
3.cad, ff&e, sketching, visuals, Revit & more?
4.each page sells your abilities?
5.each page shows your value and what you bring to the table?
6.each page shows your ahead of the curve?

Why do this? A sample folio, a teaser to what you can do is important to make your mark quickly.

Having spent many hours reviewing folios, CVs etc during my career looking to fill a void at a company to work in my team, it’s important to grab the attention quickly and hold onto it.

That’s why you do the sample first because I won’t have the time to look through a 30 page folio – save that for the interview when you can really shine…..

Lastly in 7-10 pages there is no fluff, each page is prime real estate to really sell sell sell (yourself to the potential employer)….

So, I ask again……”Can you sell yourself in 10 pages or less?”
