You should be able to tell me:6. the door reference number & code7. the door type for manufacture8. the level of security required9. access control requirements i.e. Maglock10. acoustic ratings & drop seals requirements 11. vision panels size and type12. BS EN requirements13. full ironmongery sets and requirements14. frame type, door stop and architrave details and sizes15. signage requirements, manifestations, etcWhy is 6-15 important? 1-5 are the bare minimum and focus on the door in the project. 6-15 revolve around the bigger picture, the doors relationship to the rest of the project areas i.e. MEP, other trades, the commercial and manufacturing aspect of the door, the building control requirements, etc.So I ask again, what can you tell me about a door on your project?
