Not all companies are looking for creatives!

I’ve said this statement before and I will say this again and again and again.

Remember what you say (and how you say it) about your work is just as important as the hours in Photoshop! Tell me about how you value engineered your design, talk me through your tiering of the project regarding cost, design value and importance, explain to me about how you managed your time V production, show me how you standardised your detail package, and finally give me a break down about how you would install that reception desk within the construction process…….
