My career started in Commercial / Design and Build, then I went and did superyachts, cruise liners, high end hospitality, residential, rail, business and first class lounges, medical……..and then I transitioned back to Design and Build.

Now take a look at the salaries for Design & Build roles. A Revit technician can earn more than a interior designer with 10+ years experience.
Design and build may not always be seen as the most creative, but I think it is a different sort of creative challenge, the pace of the projects is rewarding, the amount of site experience gained is worth its weight in gold….. and then there are the salaries!!
