If you constantly think plan plan plan then you need to get out of that mindset.
Starting big is fine. 1:200/1:50 is the norm but if you don’t get down to 1:2 then you are missing the real beauty and human scale of design.
No one ever sees the plan like a god in reality. It’s the human scale details that everyone touches, notices, feels and you must get to that level of detail and attention.
1:2 details and standardized approach to design solutions means you can design a large building very quickly with repeated design details and standards.
If you do, you will get noticed in an interview.
If its not in your folio now no stress, just make sure they are added as design development in a sketch sheet in your folio or sketch pad page.
